Phillip A. Stone
Phillip Stone was raised in Conway, Arkansas and graduated from Conway High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's of Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctrate degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law where he graduated cum laude. Phillip Stone's practice areas include family law, estate planning, business planning and litigation, probate and personal injury litigation. He is also a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Union County. He is licensed to practice in Arkansas and Texas (license inactive) and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the Eastern District of Texas. Stone is a member of the Union County Bar Association.
Phillip is married to a native of El Dorado, Courtney (Smart) Stone. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
